If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can resolve it for you as soon as we can. Please note all deliveries must be checked before signing for in good condition as this will not be accepted as a valid reason for returning an item
Items from our own shop and warehouse stock may be returned within 28 days. If you would like to return anything please get in touch with our Customer Care team. Subject to our discretion, we may refund the cost of the product minus a handling charge, which can be up to 15%. Refunds can only be given if products are returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition.
Once a special non-stock order has been processed (usually 24 hours) the cancellation of non-stock parts cannot be accepted. We can also not accept returns for any custom made products or where we have advised so beforehand. Due to the nature of the product’s we sell if we find the product to have been fitted incorrectly resulting in a fault we will return the item to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.
Carriage charges will also be deducted from your order. Please note that you are responsible for all carriage charges when returning the product.
